The step comprises a platform and four step risers, meaning you can adjust the height of the platform to 11cm, 16cm or 21cm, meaning you can alter the intensity of your workout depending on your personal fitness goals.. This step has anti-slip pads on the platform and risers and measures 110cm (L) x 41cm (W) x 11/16/21cm (H).
