The HXGN Adjustable Pull Up Bar is an extremely versatile piece of training equipment that allows you to perform a wide range of exercises including pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, dips and sit ups for complete upper body workouts at home. Featuring individually adjustable telescopic ends, the pull up bar fits 63 - 90cm wide door frames.Fully assembled in the box, the pull up bar features a premium quality full length high density rubber foam grip for improved grip and safety. The full length grip also provides comfort for multiple pull up grips including wide, mid and close.Included in the box are mounting brackets and screws for secure use. Additionally, the extra donut fixings mean you can fit the bar to the bottom of the door frame for dips and sit ups. You can easily swap bar positions between the top and bottom of the door frame depending on the exercises you are performing..
