The powerful 3.5CHP Johnson Drive Motor combined with Rapid Sync Technology makes the speed changes ultra-responsive, much more so than with traditional treadmills, to maximise the benefits of interval training. This technology is the perfect partner to the specially designed HIIT Sprint 8 interval programme, one of the 10 programmes that comes as standard with the 7.4AT Treadmill. Sprint 8 has been specifically designed to burn fat and build muscle in a way fad workouts can’t. The treadmill also has an expanded 152cm x 55cm (60” x 22”) running surface providing plenty of room for hard sprints and HIIT workouts. A top speed of 20km/h (12mph) and a 15% incline lets you add an extra challenge to your run and by using the QuickDial controls you can swiftly change speed and incline with just the roll of a dial. Advanced Bluetooth quickly connects to multiple devices to stream on demand fitness classes and entertainment through integrated speakers at the same time as tracking your heart rate and more. With 67 programmes to choose from you should never be lost for something different to do. When your workout is done, fold the treadmill away with its Feather Light Folding system.
