OS Walking Poles
By supporting some of your weight, walking poles help take the pressure off your body which not only results in a more comfortable walk, but also helps to prevent any knee injury. The cork and foam handle helps keep your hands drier by preventing sweat build up. The three different attachments ensure that your walking pole is fit for any weather and terrain that you might encounter. These OS Branded hiking poles use an internal tensioning cable which keeps weight down and allows them to fold small enough to fit in most day packs, as well as being fast to deploy (see the video in "How to Set up, below). There's an integral height adjustment from 115 to 135cm, which will work for most adults. This comes as a pair of walking poles, in a carry bag.
