The Reebok Deck Blue is a widely adaptable platform which is great for all types of training and doubles up as a bench with flat, decline and incline backrest positions. The backrest can be tilted into four adjustable positions whilst the platform is height adjustable to either 20 or 35cm. With more than 20 setup combinations, there are dozens of exercises that can be done with this single, versatile piece of equipment.
