York Heavy Duty STS Multi Functional Bench The York Heavy Duty STS Multi Functional Bench is made to the highest quality. The tapered seat pad offers three incline settings that easily adjust to secure you in place particularly important when performing incline presses. The Back Pad adjusts from 0,30,40,65 and 85 degrees of inclination and is secured in place with a simple robust hook and pin.At the rear of the Back Pad are two large spotter platforms so your spotter is in the correct position even during a shoulder press. The upholstery is 52mm thick Boltafelx with high density foam providing superb comfort, outstanding durability, is oil, mildew and disinfectant resistant and contains a unique anti bacterial coating. If you are using the York STS Multi -Functional Bench with a Power Rack or similar the bench upholstery slides backwards and forward into 6 x adjustable depth positions along a chrome plated steel guide rod. This will enable you to lie in the correct training position without moving the whole bench. This bench works with the York Barbell Collegiate Rack, Half Rack, Double Half Rack and Power Rack and is designed to lock into the rear stringer of York racks.
