The York Heavy Duty Barbell Pad is designed to protect and cushion the neck and shoulders whilst performing squats. I can also be used as a hip thrust pad. The foam pad features a universal opening to fit all 2" Olympic bars. It is made from thick closed cell foam for greater absorbency and comfort.
